I became interested in the works of Nan Goldin. She is a photographer who dealt with a lot of very personal subject matters. She was also very interested in one's reflection in a mirror so I decided to try and put my own take on this idea. I took the photographs in a steamed up mirror to make for a more interesting image. I inverted some once I printed them because I found the steaks of water in the mirror more effective that way.

 I used the flash in some photographs. This increased the warmth of the colours.
